Welcome to my website! My name is Gregory Fortier and I'm a professional Sound Designer, Audio Engineer, and Music Composer located in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Influenced by my city's history and music culture, I decided to obtain my bachelor's degree in New Orleans as a double major in Music Composition and Business. Since then I have now graduated with two master's degrees in both Game Audio & Business Administration.
I have always had to passion to communicate emotion and create intricate worlds through music and audio. I found my creative drive in implementing audio and composing music for media and video games. I have also had the distinct pleasure of studying with Playstation Music Supervisor Ted Kocher (Uncharted, Spider-Man, The Last of Us I / II, Ghost of Tsushima).
I have the esteemed honor of being credited on The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story, a AAA title from Publisher: Riot Forge and Developer: Digital Sun. I actively collaborated and communicated with industry leading game designers, producers, and engineers.
I have the ability to create and deliver multiple professionally finished Compositions, SFX, and other Audio Projects. Moreover, I am a professional classical pianist with years of experience in performing and recording. With an extensive background in music theory and composition, I am able to orchestrate and compose for any professional project.
